Dear Dan and NYT,
Thank you, and New York Triathlon, for all your support. It is events like this, the 3rd Annual Trooper Biathlon, that allow us a few hours to compete and have fun, but at the same time remember what great Troopers Mike Kelly and Ken Poormon were. The event means a lot to everyone who participated, especially Mike and Ken's families.
Sincerely,
Colonel William J. DeBlock
Field Commander
New York State Police
