Dear Dan and NYT Staff,
I just wanted to drop a short note of thanks for all of your efforts and experience which truly made the 4th Annual Westchester Medical Center Biathlon (6/26/05) a great, positive experience for all!
You were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to next year!
Most Sincerely,
Dr. Dan Zelazny - Stamford, CT.
To The NYTC,
I just want to thank the New York Triathlon Club for a great race at the 4th Annual Westchester Medical Center Biathlon (6/26/05).
Michelle (my girlfriend) and I competed as a team in this event and we had a BLAST. I am fortunate that Michelle has taken an interest in the sport that I love. We train together and plan our races together. I can't think of a better way to spend time with a loved one than exercising.
Best wishes,
Michael Albrecht - New York, NY
To NYTC,
I just wanted to congratulate you and the rest of the race committee on an extremely successful biathlon (6/26/05). From a participant's perspective, the entire morning was wonderfully coordinated and a whole lot of fun. It was really neat to see so many amateurs running and biking in the same race as the competitive biathletes - and I was most impressed by how they all cheered each other along. As you know, I encouraged several of my friends to participate in this year's race, most of whom have never competed in an athletic competition like this before. Every single one of them have told me that they are already looking forward to next year's biathlon, and that they're determined to actually train for the race next time. I am so glad you introducted us to the Westerchester Medical Center Biathlon; it is quickly becoming one of the annual events I look forward to most throughout the year.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Riesenman
To NYTC,
I participated in the 4th Annual Westchester Medical Center Biathlon (6/26/05) for the 3rd year this year. I am an avid bicycle rider and an occasional runner. I have such a good time running (and riding) this race. The distances are not so daunting that a newcomer to running or biking (or both!) cannot give it a try. As a matter of fact, several of my friends tried it this year for the first time and are neither avid runners nor riders, but they had fun, nevertheless. However, it is also a very competitive event with the winners and runners logging in some very quick times. I find myself pushing myself more each year to go faster and faster as I train harder and more intensely. This year I reached my best time yet, and that was even many minutes behind the winners of my age bracket. The course is a good one, with not too hilly a run, a very mixed ride, some very nice uphill climbs, a few fast descents, and many good fairly flat spinning miles. The course is always well marked and safely manned to aid with traffic, and the plethora of voluneers - police, security, citizens, and medical personnel - make it very easy to get assistance when needed. I thoroughly enjoyed this race, and I can't wait until next year to do it again. Thank you for having it again this year.
Sincerely,

To Dan and NYTC,
I was very impressed with the manner in which this year's Westchester Medical Center Biathlon (6/26/05) was handled in terms of easy registration, good course markings, and plenty of helpful volunteers. Although I was a beginner, the course allowed me to run and bike at my own pace. I will recommend this event to all of my friends.
Thanks for a great morning,
Max Rothman
