Race Day
- 5:30 am. Race Packet Pickup.
- 5:30 am. Transition opens.
- 6:45 am. Race Briefing.
- 7:00 am. Run starts from the Central Park Boat House parking lot.
- 7:15 am. First runner to the transition.
- 7:15 am. First bike on the Course.
- 8:00 am. Runners on the second run start.
- 8:00 am. Athletes on the row boat course
- 8:15 am. First top 10 finishers finishing.
- 8:40 am. Podium and Award Presentation.
Duathlon

Team Boat Relay

Registration ends October 3, 2025 at 10:00 am EDT. Open to ages 18+. For 2 athletes. One person runs, one person bikes. Both row the boat.
