Congratulation to our race director, Hunter, in completing the 50th Annual Berlin Marathon in under 3 hours, 2 hours and 57 minutes! Averaging 6 minutes+ pace! We know some of you ran the Berlin Marathon on this past Sunday as well! Congrats to you all! There was another epic race in New York City on this past Saturday too, the 2nd Annual Jones Beach Ironman 70.3! Based on several race reports, the weather was slightly better than the last year stormy version. Congrats to all the triathletes in finishing it!
We are only few days away to our 40th Annual Central Park Solo Duathlon/Team Boat Relay on 10/6! The weather is expected to be sunny. we are looking at another perfect race day weather. The registration to our Team Boat Relay has been closed and sold out. You can still register to our Duathlon event!

Our 6th Annual Rockaway Beach Triathlon/Duathlon on 9/15 is sold out and registration is closed! 😭😮 You can still sign up to volunteer. I hope everyone had the chance to register since we did our best to keep you all informed regarding our available spots. A pre race email will be sent out by this Sunday and with general information regarding the course routes and other QAs about the race. A race day email will be sent out by Thursday 9/12 or Friday 9/13 containing your bib numbers and other specific details regarding the race day. 📣

Congratulations to @sliceacake and @michael_marek_broker for an amazing effort on the course! This race is a WILD one: 4.2 Mile Trail Run with hundreds of feet of elevation, which must be completed on the hour, every hour, until only ONE person remains!!! 🤯 This year’s winner set a course record of 39 loops (39 hours!) over 165 miles — truly epic stuff!

Registration is open! Race with us in our biggest triathlon in our 2024 race season with near 400 athletes, the 16th Annual Rocco Laurie Memorial Staten Island Triathlon/Duathlon on 8/11! We have the entire bike course close to all traffics! Many of our athletes compete in it to prepare them for their upcoming Ironman 70.3 as well!

We completed our first race, the March Classic Duathlon, of the 2024 season just this past Sunday, 3/24! It has been a long time coming since we have been preparing for the 2024 season as early as late November last year. We have 2 new Race Directors and have been tweaking our operations to meet our tomorrow’s needs. It was a cold Sunday morning but we had fun!

We in New York Triathlon say THANK YOU to everyone racing yesterday, our last race in 2023. The weather was great and a bit cooler. Glad you all enjoyed our post race BBQ! Thank you for supporting us throughout our 2023 season. Thank you to our supporters and sponsors! It has been a long and challenging season for us. Hope you all have a great 2023 season as we are already planning for our 2024 season! The race results are up and you can find them in our Results section.

Great news! Our 2024 race schedule is up on our site! Registration will open by late December. For our Prospect Park duathlons, we have added the big park loop, total of 3.3 miles, for our second run. It would be fun running up the hill to the Grand Army Plaza entrance! We are bringing back the Alpine Marina Triathlon in the all beautiful Palisades Park , New Jersey, as well.
We would like say thank you to Daniel Flanzig and his law firm Flanzig and Flanzig-New York Bike Lawyers for continuing sponsoring and supporting our club, and to make our sport more accessible to all New Yorkers! We look forward seeing his team competing in our races in 2024!

We are redesigning our website from the ground up! We are making our new website to be more easily accessible and containing more essential and valuable information about us regarding what we do and who we are. We are consolidating all of the race information and resource into one place. Currently, most of the pages are under construction. We will continue to update our new site well into the end of 2023!
