Our first triathlon in 2024!
February edition-2.21.24
We know we are still in Winter but we are already extremely excited and pumped to host our first triathlon of this year, the Cross Bay Triathlon/Duathlon in Rockaway Beach, 5/19/24! We love the Rockaway Beach with its roaring Atlantic ocean and its unrelenting waves and the somewhat windy run and bike course. It makes for a fun and challenging race. Many of you are probably racing in the open water for the first time as well. The water temperature is expected to be much cooler and wet suits are highly recommended!
Lastly, the price is going up on 2/23! Sign up and don’t wait!
We are heading to New Jersey’s Palisades Park on 6/23 to host our 3rd Annual Alpine Marina Triathlon/Duathlon! We are extremely thrilled to bring this race to our athletes since we always have great interest to explore more and different race locations with beautiful, scenic backdrops.
Indeed, this race is challenging with over 300ft of elevation gain in the run and bike course. You will be swimming in the upper portion of the Hudson River, all 400 meters. You will hit the first major hill not too far from the transition.
Lastly, we will have our usual post race BBQ as well! We couldn’t stress this enough….we have to keep our registration cap to 150 participants. Please, sign up early since we will reach our registration cap much sooner.
Happy Birthday to us means goodies for all of you!

Setup your bike in Transition
Some tips from our race director George regarding how to setup your bike in the transition! π² George here with a quick tip about racking your bike on race day π² β Youβre gonna want to alternate how your bike is hung to the person next to you.
