We couldn’t believe it we only have 2 races left in the 2024 race season! The Central Park Fall Solo Duathlon and Team Boat Relay is on 10/6. The Prospect Park Fall Duathlon is on 11/3! I hope you have the chance to sign up for the Row Boat Relay on 10/6 because it is sold out. You can still sign up for the duathlon on 10/6. We still have spots for the Prospect Park Fall Duathlon on 11/3.
We hope all of you have achieved your goals for this reason. We know many of you are racing the Jones Beach Ironman 70.3 this Saturday. We wish you all good luck and having a blast racing it!

Congratulations to @sliceacake and @michael_marek_broker for an amazing effort on the course! This race is a WILD one: 4.2 Mile Trail Run with hundreds of feet of elevation, which must be completed on the hour, every hour, until only ONE person remains!!! 🤯 This year’s winner set a course record of 39 loops (39 hours!) over 165 miles — truly epic stuff!

We couldn’t have asked for a more prefect race day morning! 🌞 Great weather, great turnout, and great crowd. 👏🔥 Thank you for joining and to race in our 6th Annual Rockaway Beach Triathlon/Duathlon. Thank you to our lifeguards in making the swim safe for all the swimmers. Thank you to our volunteers and staff in making this race as smooth as possible. Congrats to all the winners and the finishers and to all of our first timers! Is no jokes to swim in the Rockaway Beach water! 🏊 You all did it and finished the race. 🥇 🎉

39th Annual New York City Duathlon 8/25/24
Thank you everyone racing with us in our 39th Annual NYC Duathlon 8/25/24! 
We had another perfect race weather. Regarding the course and the race weather condition, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had a lot of first timers racing, either with us or their first duathlon race. Thank you spending your Sunday morning racing with us.
