Race Day
- 5:30 am. Race Packet Pickup.
- 5:30 am. Transition opens.
- 6:45 am. Race Briefing.
- 7:00 am. Run starts from the B95th Street Transition.
- 7:20 am. First runner to the transition.
- 7:25 am. First bike on the Course.
- 8:00 am. Runners on the second run start.
- 8:20 am. First top 10 finishers finishing.
- 8:45 am. Podium and Award Presentation.

Team Relay Duathlon

Registration ends July 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm EDT. Open to ages 18+. For 2 athletes. One person runs, one person bikes, and one person runs. You must create a new name for your relay team.
