Race Day
- 7:00 am. Race Packet Pickup.
- 7:05 am. Transition opens.
- 7:45 am. Race Briefing.
- 8:00 am. Swim Starts as well as the 1st Run in Duathlon.
- 8:10 am. First Swimmer off the beach to the transition.
- 8:11 am. First Duathlon Runner to the transition.
- 8:15 am. First Bike on the course.
- 8:55 am. First Runner on the course for the Tri Run and Duo 2nd Run.
- 9:05 am. Triathlon and Duathlon First Finishers.
- 9:30 am. Podium and Award Presentation.

Registration ends June 21, 2024 at 8 pm EDT. Open to ages 18+. Only 5 Triathlon spots left.
Duathlon
