Race Day

• 7:00 am.  Race Packet Pickup.
• 7:05 am.  Transition opens.
• 7:45 am.  Race Briefing.
• 8:00 am.  Swim Starts as well as the 1st Run in Duathlon.
• 8:10 am.  First Swimmer off the beach to the transition.
• 8:11 am.  First Duathlon Runner to the transition.
• 8:15 am.  First Bike on the course.
• 8:55 am.  First Runner on the course for the Tri Run and Duo 2nd Run.
• 9:05 am.  Triathlon and Duathlon First Finishers.
• 9:30 am.  Podium and Award Presentation.
