Race Day
- 5:45 am. Race Packet Pickup.
- 5:45 am. Transition opens.
- 6:45 am. Race Briefing.
- 7 am. Run starts from the Central Park Boat House parking lot.
- 7:15 am. First runner to the transition.
- 7:20 am. First bike on the Course.
- 7:50 am. Runners on the second run start.
- 8:05 am. First top 10 finishers finishing.
- 8:30 am. Podium and Award Presentation.
Duathlon

Registration ends March 20, 2026 at 10 am EDT. Open to ages 18+.
Team Relay Duathlon
$160
Registration ends March 20, 2026 at 10 am EDT. Open to ages 18+. For 2 athletes. One person runs, one person bikes, and one person runs. You must create a new name for your relay team.
