• 6:30 am.  Race Packet Pickup.
• 6:30 am.  Transition opens.
• 7:15 am.  Race Briefing.
• 7:30 am.  Swim starts from the beach ramp by the B81st Street
• 7:30 am.  Duathlon Run starts from the B84th Street Transition.
• 7:40 am.  First swimmer to the transition.
• 7:40 am.  First duathlon runner to the transition.
• 7:46 am.  First bike on the Course.
• 8:15 am.  Runners on the second run start.
• 8:30 am.  First top 10 finishers finishing.
• 9:00 am.  Podium and Award Presentation.
