Race Day
- 5:30 am. Race Packet Pickup.
- 5:30 am. Transition opens.
- 6:45 am. Race Briefing.
- 7 am. Swim Starts as well as the 1st Run in Duathlon.
- 7:10 am. First Swimmer off the beach to the transition.
- 7:11 am. First Duathlon Runner to the transition.
- 7:15 am. First Bike on the course.
- 7:55 am. First Runner on the course for the Tri Run and Duo 2nd Run.
- 8:05 am. Triathlon and Duathlon First Finishers.
- 8:30 am. Podium and Award Presentation.
