Race Day
- 6:15 am. Race Packet Pickup.
- 6:15 am. Transition opens.
- 7:15 am. Race Briefing.
- 7:30 am. Run starts from the Triangle grass area.
- 7:45 am. First runner to the transition.
- 7:46 am. First bike on the Course.
- 8:20 am. Runners on the second run start.
- 8:40 am. First top 10 finishers finishing.
- 9:00 am. Podium and Award Presentation.
